North Yorkshire rock trio Floods Of Spin return with ‘To Hell And Back’, a hard-hitting rock track exploring depression and the effect mental health struggles can have not only on the person experiencing them, but on those around them too. The band is led by guitarist, producer and engineer Tom E Morrison, whose production and engineering credits include Bonnie Tyler, Andrew Roachford, Underworld and Bliss. He’s joined by vocalist/drummer Robin Ward and bassist Jack “The Mountain” Mallon. Their previous single, ‘Weapons Of Mass Distraction’, picked up airplay around the world, including BBC Introducing with Jericho Keys and Kerrang! Radio Unleashed with Johnny Doom. The band describe ‘To Hell And Back’ as capturing the rollercoaster of depression the feeling of knowing the ride has started but having no idea where it’s going to take you.
