About The Song
"Some stories don't just need to be told." They should be sung." That's exactly where MUND-WERK starts. The Lower Austrian group combines the roots of Austropop with fresh musical ideas and an unmistakable love for their own language. Rocking accents, funky rhythms and soulful melodies create space for lyrics that come from the heart of life. Without much ado, but with charm, depth and a good dose of Austrian charm. Not every trend is being followed here. Rather, it's about what makes music special. Stories that touch, thoughts that remain, and melodies that one likes to hear again. With their debut single "Freitog", the band kicks off their further musical journey. The track was produced by star producer Erwin Bader.
