Über den Song
Nomad are a rock n' roll band based in and around Edinburgh. Big guitars, honest words, with a wall of sound that hits hard and stays with you!"I wrote this song when I was around 15/16 years old, I was living in a council flat with my dad and my life was a bit all over the place so I started writing songs and I wrote this song, and I suppose it’s about hoping for a better way of life and wanting more out of life, and to sometimes feel that sense of getting away to escape, you would drink or find other things to use to avoid your situation hence the name get high get saved." - Alex Renton
