Pink Monk
Pink Monk, the international collaboration uniting Finnish composer, Ace Eshed, and Azerbaijani producer, Asim Rahimov, have always treated music as the highest form of storytelling. Following earlier singles such as“Hurricanes,” “The Phoenix,” “Sunnier Days,” and “Tomorrows to Come,” they now unveil their latest single, “Until Dawn”. “Until Dawn” is a sombre yet emotionally charged indie and alternative pop song, featuring Eshed on the lyrics this time around. A reflection on the quiet ache of loss whether of a loved one, a lover, or a fading dream that feels both personal and universal. At the heart of the song sits the haunting lyric“another one of you to hold until dawn.” The line remains deliberately open-ended, allowing listeners to project their own experiences of absence and longing while still feeling deeply connected to the music. Evocative vocals, warm horns, and a rich blend of influences create an intimate, cinematic atmosphere that has become signature to Pink Monk.
