New North Yorkshire-based rock trio Floods Of Spin presents their single, "Weapons Of Mass Distraction" Fronted by acclaimed guitarist, producer, and engineer Tom E Morrison, whose extensive credits include Bonnie Tyler, Andrew Roachford, Underworld, and Bliss, alongside vocalist/drummer Robin Ward and bassist Jack "The Mountain" Mallon, the trio's latest release unleashes a powerful fusion of crushing riffs, soaring vocals, and fearless social commentary. The debut single from the 2026 Floods Of Spin lineup, “Weapons Of Mass Distraction” confronts society's growing dependence on social media fuelling manipulation, outrage, loneliness and division. A full Floods Of Spin album is currently in production and scheduled for release later in 2026.
