Close Commander
Team 33 Music and Kilian Hunger proudly introduce Close Commander, a brand-new music project bringing the unmistakable sound, energy and atmosphere of the 1980s into the present. The project makes its official debut with the self-titled single “Close Commander”, offering the first glimpse into the musical world of this new act. Driven by powerful synthesizers, catchy melodies and an infectious retro beat, “Close Commander” embraces the classic sound of the 80s while combining it with a polished contemporary production. The project is built around a strong visual and musical identity inspired by aviation, neon-lit nights, adventure and the larger-than-life aesthetics of the 1980s. Rather than simply looking back, Close Commander takes those influences and uses them as the foundation for something new. With its self-titled debut, Close Commander establishes the direction for the project: melodic, energetic and unmistakably rooted in the 80s. “Close Commander” marks the beginning of a new chapter for Team 33 Music and Kilian Hunger and the first chapter of the Close Commander story.
