Scruscru is a DJ, producer, and founder of Scruniversal Records, known for his groove-driven blend of house, disco, and jazz-influenced sounds. Emerging from the underground scene, he has built a strong reputation through vinyl-focused releases on labels such as SlothBoogie, Omena, and Deeppa Records. His music combines warm textures, soulful sampling, and stripped-back rhythms, earning support from artists like Moodymann, DJ Muro, and Disclosure. As a DJ, Scruscru has performed internationally across countries including Armenia, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico & Türkiye with appearances in cities like Yerevan, São Paulo, and Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires, Bogota, CDMX, Istanbul.
Smeerch is an Italian dj and producer born in Puglia in 1978. When he was 17 he started to act as MC in some school parties in his hometown, then in 1997 he moved to Rome to attend the University and there his love for deejaying blossomed. He took his first steps in the scene setting up parties and selecting records for his friends and colleagues: Suddenly in 2001 Smeerch’s curiosity discovered DAW softwares and how easy is sampling songs, so the young dj started to stir sounds, mix synths and create dance tracks.
