SUNMACHINE are a heavy and vibey rock band based in Cambridge, UK. They mix their modern influences with the classic and heavy music they grew up with to create a unique sub-genre of their own. In 2024, they released the melancholic heartbreak anthem 'Mercy Killing'. The music video garnered thousands of views on YouTube and was the bands most successful Spotify release at the time. Their previous singles 'Who’s It Gonna Be' and 'Spine' also achieved thousands of streams, and were both met with highly positive critic feedback and radio play. Their debut album 'The Nova Effect' was released in 2023 and was an eclectic mix of modern rock and dark ballads. It was the bands first attempt at capturing their sound, and contains some fan favourites. Following the success of their most recent release, 'Heart Of Gold', which has been their most played single on radio to-date, the band then re-released 'Mercy Killing' to a fresher and bigger audience! 'Fable' will be the 3rd single from the forthcoming 'Elevator Music' EP.
