Joe Leone
Born and raised in Burbank, California, Joe Leone is a soulful R&B singer-songwriter and multihyphenate whose music blends classic soul influences with contemporary storytelling. Signed to JBR Creative Group, Leone enters this next chapter on the heels of a career-defining run marked by the release of his critically acclaimed debut album, Invited; a No. 1 placement on Billboard’s Adult R&B Airplay chart as Co-writer of J. Brown’s hit “True Love”; and a Top 20 showing of his own with “Over Under,” which was later remixed by R&B icon Ne-Yo. Along the way, Leone has been championed by some of the genre’s biggest names, including October London, Eric Benét, DJ Camper, Tamar Braxton, and Ro James, among others. He has also collaborated with acclaimed producers and musicians including Sauce, Felly the Voice, Carvin Haggins, Ali Shaheed Muhammad, and legendary drummer Gordon Campbell. Most recently, Leone appeared on The Colleagues’ 2026 album, Sincerely Yours: Songs in the Key of Love, with the record “Love’s Last Chance.” Following the release of his single “Safety,” Leone now turns toward “Future,” a soulful meditation on love, hope, uncertainty, and what we carry with us into what comes next. The song explores a connection that endures across generations, reflecting on how love can remain a constant even as people, circumstances, and the world around them change. With intimate storytelling and a timeless soul sensibility, “Future” embraces the uncertainty of what lies ahead while holding onto the possibility of something worth building toward. The single sets the stage for Leone’s forthcoming album and marks another step into what promises to be his most intentional chapter yet.
